1. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for:

Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

Provide Details:
Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of the product issue. -
Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send the product back to our warehouse via courier.
(Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.)
3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (depending on your preference).

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be sent through Easypaisa or Bank Transfer.

Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost once verified.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
